Order Fulfillment

• If we cannot fill your order complete, we will ship "what we have" unless you instruct us otherwise. 
  
  
• If you do not want an item if we cannot ship the full order quantity, please put that in the order notes.
  
  

Shipping

• Shipping Mode:  USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail
  • We package and ship in the least expensive package possible
  • International shipments have a maximum weight of 20 pounds for medium/large flat rate boxes and 4 lbs for small flat rate boxes.
• Insurance:  Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance. 
  •   We are not responsible for loss, non-delivery, or damaged items once they are tendered to the post office if insurance is not purchased.

• Orders are typically shipped within 3 days or order receipt.

Class Registration & Cancellation

• Please call or come into the shop to register for a class
• Class availability is first come, first served
  • Full payment is required to hold a seat in a class
  • If a class is full, you may request that we add your name to the waiting list.  You will be contacted if a space becomes available.
• If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered:
  • You will receive a full refund if cancelled at least one week prior to the start of the class. Fees will not be refunded if cancelled less than one week prior to the class.
    • If a class has a waiting list, we will attempt to find someone to take your place. 
• Classes must have a minimum of three registered students to be held. 
  • Classes will be cancelled one week before the class date if the minimum is not met.
  • Fees will be refunded if Kudzu cancels a class
